Today we show you how to make this delicious dessert. The Tiramisu, it’s an Italian dessert, easy and very tasty.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE TIRAMISU
500g mascarpone cheese
16 biscuits of soletilla
200ml of espresso coffee
50ml of cognac or brandy
Approximate time: 25 to 30 minutes

1- We prepare the biscuits of soletilla.
In a bowl we pour the coffee and the cognac. We stir with a spoon for a few seconds to mix them. Afterwards, we soak the biscuits here. Let them soak well, and reserve on a plate.
2- In another bowl, place the egg yolks, sugar and a pinch of salt, and beat.
When the biscuits have been soaked, in another large bowl, put the egg yolks, sugar and a pinch of salt. Then, with a rod -better that it is electric- we beat everything for a couple of minutes, until we obtain a homogeneous mass, with a creamy texture and a whitish color.
3- We add the mascarpone cheese
Once this mass is obtained, add the mascarpone cheese. Again we mix everything again until it integrates well
4- We mount the egg whites to the snow point for our tiramisu
In a third bowl, we place the whites of the eggs. Then, we beat for about 3 minutes, until we reach the point of snow. that the whites end in a spongy mass, that we turn the bowl and do not fall.
5- Add to the bowl of mascarpone cheese and yolks, this point of snow.
Add to the bowl where we had the cheese mixture, the yolks and the sugar, this point of snow. We mix all the ingredients well, with the help of a spatula, and making enveloping movements. Thus, we ensure that the snow point does not drop. With this, we will have what will be the cream of the homemade tiramisu.
6- It is the turn to mount the tiramisu.
In a mold we put a first layer of the biscuits soaked in coffee. On these biscuits, and covering them evenly, we add half of the cream that we had prepared. Then we sprinkle cocoa and repeat this process once more to mount a second layer, finishing with more cocoa.
7- We reserve in the fridge and serve.
Once we have assembled our dessert, we take the mold to the fridge, and let it rest overnight. Finally, we remove and serve.
