Ingredients for Pizza Dough Recipe (4 people):
400 gr. Of flour
200 ml. of water
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt
A little flour (to sprinkle on the counter)

Put the flour in a bowl and add the salt. Make a hole in the center and add the water and olive oil.
Knead everything well until you get a homogeneous and compact dough that does not stick to your hands. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 or 4 pieces (depends on the size of the pizzas you want to prepare).
Sprinkle a smooth surface with flour and place a portion of the dough on top. Roll it out with the help of the rolling pin until there is a fine dough (you can leave it more or less fine, depending on taste).
Place the doughs, one at a time, on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper.
It is very important to knead the pizza dough well for several minutes, until the dough does not stick to the fingers.
